Back on the open terrace, hosts Adila and Putu greet guests by name while the kitchen prepares steaming bowls of soup, mie goreng, and sweet dadar gulung as dusk settles over the distant coastline. After mornings on the trail, guests gather in the warung for hands-on cooking sessions, pounding fresh spice pastes alongside Adila.
