About Éco Café 2

Perched high over the Munduk valley, Éco Café 2 pairs sweeping mountain panoramas with ethically gathered wild civet coffee roasted directly in-house. Trekkers come off the waterfall trails to unwind over siphon brews, crisp corn fritters, and freshly rolled spring rolls. Sourcing through a local women’s cooperative ensures civets remain unconfined in the surrounding forest, sparing visitors the guilt of caged animal tourism. Tables look across lush green slopes toward distant rice terraces, setting a quiet backdrop for plates of mie goreng or warm lak lak pancakes dripping with palm sugar.

  • Ethical Wild Civet Luwak: Sourced through a local women's cooperative from unconfined forest civets rather than battery cages.
  • In-House Roasted Manual Brews: Beans are roasted on-site, weighed, and ground to order for siphon, pour-over, and drip preparations.
  • Munduk Valley Terraces: Perched overlooking jungle hillsides and distant rice terraces, ideal for resting after waterfall hikes.
