Freshly caught barracuda and snapper hit the grill at this humble roadside warung overlooking mountain and rice paddies. Run entirely by a husband-and-wife duo—with the husband cooking from his experience as a former chef—the kitchen pairs generous seafood platters of squid, fish, and prawns with rice and seasoned vegetables. Dinner arrives with a flight of distinct homemade condiments, from fiery sambal to a savory pineapple butter sauce, finishing with a complimentary plate of fresh watermelon.
