Book NowAbout Anandinii Organic Garden & Kitchen
Tucked into the Sidemen hills, Anandinii Organic Garden & Kitchen treats plant-based cooking as serious, soil-to-table craft. Committed carnivores regularly note they never miss the meat—no processed fillers or bland salads here. The kitchen pulls produce paces from the tables. For hands-on eaters, morning workshops start directly in the garden beds snipping greens before pounding fresh roots into fragrant bumbu on heavy grinding stones. The meal winds down under the open pavilion with battered aubergine and a cold hibiscus drink overlooking the rice paddies.
- Farm-Harvest Cooking Classes: Pace the organic garden to hand-pick fresh herbs and vegetables before grinding spice pastes from scratch and preparing multi-course Balinese dishes.
- Garden-Grown Balinese Dining: An entirely plant-based kitchen powered by self-grown garden produce, delivering deep, punchy Balinese flavors with easy allium-free adaptations.
- Terraced Countryside Setting: An open-air dining pavilion tucked right into the Sidemen rice terraces, looking out over lush hillsides with distant views of Mount Agung.

Hands-on Farm-to-Table Cooking Workshops
Interactive workshops begin with foraging in the lush organic garden before learning to craft traditional Balinese dishes and multi-course meals from scratch with local instructors.
The experience began with a tour of the organic farm, where we picked many of the fresh ingredients we'd be using before returning to the kitchen to prepare everything from scratch.
Global With DS (부인) Authentic Balinese Culinary Techniques
Instructors share cultural culinary heritage, guiding guests step-by-step through grinding authentic bumbu spice pastes and making Balinese specialties like dadar gulung.
Starting with picking out the vegetables from the garden, to chopping the ingredients and following the lead of Leny and Padma. They made the experience very fun and their personalities made the class more enjoyable
Khaliyah Garden-Grown Plant-Based Dining
The kitchen serves varied and intensely flavorful plant-based dining utilizing organic ingredients harvested directly from their own on-site grounds.
The menu offers a wide variety of both Indonesian and European vegetarian dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients from their own garden.
Osman Gazioglu Customized Dietary Accommodations
The culinary team seamlessly accommodates strict dietary restrictions—including allium-free adjustments without sacrificing aromatic Balinese depth.
We also had a dietary requirement to opt out of garlic and shallots, and the instructor kindly replaced them with cabbage. We were quite impressed by how aromatic and flavourful the Balinese spices were even with the adjustment.
CK Peaceful Rice Field Sanctuary
Set amidst rural Sidemen rice terraces and mountain views, the open garden environment offers a quiet escape far removed from crowded tourist hubs.
The location is incredibly peaceful, nestled in the middle of the rice fields and surrounded by beautiful nature.
Osman Gazioglu Garden Oasis Atmosphere
Overlooking lush greenery with traditional music playing, the grounds provide an intimate oasis for lingering over lunch or tea.
Beautiful setting overlooking the gardens where they grow their own herbs and vegetables. So calm and peaceful with beautiful Balinese music playing. It’s like an oasis!
