About Warung Kadirasa

Perched along the winding mountain road of Munduk, this family-run spot serves honest Balinese home cooking with views straight into the jungle. Tables fill with pork ribs, ayam bakar, and spiced urab—freshly made, priced for everyday eating, and dished out in hearty portions. Chilled travelers coming off rainy highland waterfall hikes get greeted straightaway with steaming glasses of house ginger-lemongrass tea and crunchy crackers. By evening, dinner often rolls into an impromptu living-room hang, complete with cold Bintang, shared plates, and the owner belting out karaoke favorites while urging the room to chime in.

  • Complimentary herbal welcome tea: Every table receives complimentary house-brewed hot ginger-lemongrass tea and crispy crackers on arrival—a welcome reset after highland motorbike runs.
  • Hearty, affordable Balinese plates: Generous portions of pork ribs, grilled chicken, and fresh urab showcase home-style Balinese recipes at budget-friendly prices.
  • Host-led evening karaoke: Evenings frequently turn into lively celebrations with the host performing karaoke tunes and inviting diners to join in.
