About Taman Dedari

Dine among towering stone angel sculptures overlooking the Ayung valley in Kedewatan. Part open-air sculpture garden and part valley terrace, the sprawling setting feels more like a sacred outdoor park than a typical dining room. Tables sit directly before carved bidadari figures rising up to ten meters against the jungle canopy. Servers quietly step in to stage landscape portraits and table photos between courses, so nobody is left holding the camera. Groups gather over crisp fried gurami fish, spicy nasi ayam kedewatan, and warm pisang goreng, lingered over alongside iced cappuccino as the afternoon light fades across the ridge.

  • Monumental sculpture garden: Dozens of carved stone bidadari statues reach up to ten meters tall above the Ayung valley canopy.
  • Attentive photo assistance: Front-of-house staff willingly snap framed photos and portrait videos across scenic vantage points.
  • Balinese valley dining: Open-air seating pairs valley views with local plates like spicy nasi ayam kedewatan and crunchy gurami.
