The kitchen sources herbs and vegetables directly from the family garden, building deep flavor across traditional specialties. Regulars return for the signature Nasi Bakar—fragrant rice grilled in banana leaves with a distinctive kiss of woodsmoke—alongside grilled tuna sambal and spiced noodles. With roughly ten tables and warm hospitality from host Gede and his team, the candlelit space fills fast as the evening garden lights click on.
