Tucked along Jalan Bisma inside Kaamala Resort, Habitat Bistro pairs handmade Italian cooking with open-air views over Ubud's jungle valley. A dedicated buggy carries guests down the estate driveway straight to the dining pavilion. Tables overlook the forest canopy alongside an infinity-edge pool, where diners lounge on sunbeds or order floating morning spreads directly into the water. In the kitchen, fresh pasta, mushroom arancini with truffle aioli, and wood-fired pizzas—notably the egg-yolk-topped mushroom pie—anchor an unhurried menu. Come sundown, golden hour draws patrons in for espresso martinis, carbonara, and tiramisu as twilight settles over the valley.

    I recommend booking reservations for 6 pm to watch the sunset and enjoy the view. The food was amazing the drinks even better!!
