The kitchen leans on homegrown produce—owner Kadek harvests lemongrass, chillies, and cactus right off the garden plot out front. Frequent visitors ask ahead for the whole Balinese chicken stuffed with cassava leaves, a slow-roasted regional specialty requiring a full three hours in the pot.
