Ditching standard buns, the kitchen stacks double patties between whole grilled cheese sandwiches for a towering, messy fork-and-knife build. Steaks arrive with a show—servers torch compound butter tableside, melting seasoned fat directly over charred beef. Outside, live acoustic sets drift across the patio, while inside tables rally around sharing platters piled with rump, tenderloin, striploin, and ribeye.
