Grab a sunbed, rent snorkel gear on-site, and swim straight out to the reef. Regulars head out at dawn with Captain Ketut to reel in mahi mahi or tuna, then hand their haul to the kitchen for hot fish soup and smoky ikan bakar at water's edge.

    In the evening, they grilled the fish we caught and served us the best fish soup I’ve ever had in my life.
