Regulars return for the charcoal-grilled fish, fragrant pepes ikan steamed in banana leaves, and crisp fish cakes. If you plan a day ahead, the kitchen prepares slow-cooked Duck Tutu and whole smoked suckling pig feasts. Between dishes, host Made arranges local snorkeling excursions and coastal transport, rounding out an unhurried dinner with chilled arak cocktails and fried ice cream.
