Smoke Bali turns Canggu yard dining into an open-fire feast of low-and-slow charcoal barbecue. Settle under the stars in the expansive garden while pitmasters slice through meltingly tender beef brisket, crisp pork belly, and smoked chicken. Sharing trays arrive packed with artisanal sourdough, tangy house pickles, and charred sides. Grab a drink, skip the stiff dining rooms, and wind down around the central campfire to toast complimentary marshmallows over roaring flames.

Dishes center on wood- and charcoal-smoked meats, including brisket, ribs, and roast chicken delivered on communal platters with tangy pickles and artisan sourdough.
We indulged in a massive spread: melt-in-your-mouth beef brisket, perfectly seasoned pulled beef, juicy roast chicken, savory mushrooms, and rich mac n cheese. It came beautifully presented on a tray loaded with artisanal sourdough bread, tangy pickled vegetables, and an array of incredible sauces.
SH G Customizable Smoked Spreads
Diners can build their own custom meat trays or select curated slow-cooked cuts paired with rich comfort sides like chili garlic potatoes and mac and cheese.
Food was excellent and I love the concept of building your own plate with different meats. Highly HIGHLY recommend their potatoes the ones with chili and garlic - FAVORITE!

The dining space features open flame grills and an expansive backyard layout where guests can watch pitmasters prepare barbecue on-site under the open sky.
The whole space has an amazing vibe, almost like a stylish camping ground, with both indoor and outdoor seating. One of the coolest parts is that you can actually watch the chefs smoking and grilling the meat on-site, which makes the experience feel really authentic and immersive.

A centerpiece open fire pit anchors the outdoor yard, inviting diners of all ages to toast complimentary marshmallows after dinner.
The garden setting is nice and they even do toasted marshmallows over the firepit.

The expansive outdoor setting provides an approachable, lively environment suited for large groups of friends and families seeking high quality without stiff formality.
So first of all, the atmosphere is really relaxed and friendly. A lot of places nowadays are quite ‘Boujee’ whereas this place is so chill and has a real relaxed feel - but still feels like you’re out at a fancy restaurant?! Almost an American feel to it.

Attentive table service and a comfortable outdoor lounge make coordinating walk-ins, birthday celebrations, and family gatherings effortless.
Came here as a group of Aussies (and two Kiwis) with no booking and honestly weren't expecting to get a table because the place was absolutely packed. The staff had us sorted within about 10 minutes, kept the drinks coming while we waited, and made the whole experience feel easy from the start.
