Handmade xiao long bao steamed to order offer an immediate escape from the Uluwatu traffic. Diners crowd bamboo steamers for delicate soup dumplings filled with rich Wagyu beef or classic pork, splashed with house black vinegar and chili oil. Beyond dim sum, bowls of mala spicy beef noodles bring numbing heat, balanced by charred tofu skewers and lychee martinis spiked with fragrant baijiu. Ordering moves quickly thanks to dedicated call buttons at each table, leaving room to finish with a warm chocolate Nutella bao.
