Deep inside the Apurva Kempinski—give yourself a good fifteen minutes to walk from the resort drop-off—the subaquatic dining room pairs aquatic spectacle with Balinese keramahtamahan. Expect attentive hospitality where staff switch out nut allergens without a hitch and bring off-menu ginger tea at the sound of a cough. The kitchen sends out six- to eight-course progressions featuring lobster over pearl couscous, cod, and wagyu, alongside diver greetings right through the glass.

Tunnel seating is limited to parties of two adults and cannot accommodate children. Guests dining with kids are seated at regular tables outside the tunnel, where large viewing windows and reflective mirrors still look out into the aquarium.
