About Plant Bistro

Suspended high in the jungle canopy beside the Blanco Museum, Plant Bistro turns plant-based dining into pure craft. Regulars return for the house-fermented vegan cheese platters, crispy enoki sushi rolls, and an Italian-helmed menu turning out delicate gnocchi alongside a traditional Nasi Campur. Straw-hatted staff pace the airy terrace, detailing dishes with meticulous care down to every hidden allergen. Balcony tables around 5:30 PM catch the shifting ridge breeze just as plates of seitan fillet with green pepper sauce arrive from the kitchen, followed by dark chocolate lava cake and fresh scoops from the dedicated gelato bar.
