About Syrco BASÈ - RESTAURANT and BAR

Syrco BASÈ strips away standard fine-dining pretension in Ubud, pairing open-kitchen craft with produce gathered straight from its onsite garden. Rather than formal rituals, diners step right into the soil to hand-pick botanicals for tailored cocktails and zero-proof infusions before taking a seat. The multi-course progression threads Balinese terroir through razor-sharp technique—think crisp tartelettes, shiro koji fermented sepia, and warm focaccia swabbed through tomato butter. Across the dining room, guests celebrate milestone evenings over dedicated beverage pairings, while the intimate KU atelier features a traditional blessing ceremony and a dedicated dry-aging display for local cuts and coastal catches.

  • Garden Harvest Mixology: Guests harvest fresh herbs and botanicals directly from the organic garden to craft custom drinks before dinner.
  • KU Atelier Experience: An intimate chef’s counter offering front-row open-kitchen courses, a Balinese blessing ritual, and house dry-aged meats and fish.
  • Terroir-Led Tasting Menus: Creative tasting menus pairing Balinese ingredients like fermented sepia and local catch with tailored wine and cocktail flights.
