There is no separate entry fee, but guests pay an upfront minimum spend deposit (typically IDR 50,000 to IDR 100,000 per person) upon arrival, which is issued as a voucher redeemable against your food and beverage order.

Seating is divided into two areas: regular dining tables upstairs offering à la carte ordering, and an indoor floor picnic area downstairs among the plants, which requires purchasing a designated picnic package.

While portions for some soups and dishes are noted to be on the smaller side, the menu includes vegetarian soups, a variety of Western and Asian comfort foods, and some pork dishes. If you have strict dietary guidelines or halal preferences, check individual items as non-halal options are prepared on-site.

Advance reservations are accepted and recommended for table dining, especially on weekends and public holidays, as tables can book out. Table reservations can also be arranged beforehand to avoid waiting.

The cafe has dedicated on-site parking with parking staff who direct traffic. Note that the access road turning off the main Bedugul highway is narrow and bumpy, but attendants assist with passing vehicles.

Because of the transparent glasshouse roof, the conservatory can become quite warm and sunny around midday. Visiting during the afternoon or on cooler, overcast hours offers a more comfortable climate and scenic lake views.
