Nukad drops you directly beside a jungle river facing multiple cascades, a world away from Bali's packed tourist trails. Guests stretch out across low daybeds over plates of crispy bebek goreng and bowls of warm bubur bali, cooled by the spray off the falls. A narrow foot trail leads straight from the seating area into the shallow riverbed, where diners wade in to swim after finishing lunch.
