Tucked along Candidasa's main strip, this open-air pavilion pairs regional Balinese cooking with peaceful garden dining. Guests dine beneath a carved teak joglo, where the kitchen turns out tender beef rendang, fresh mahi-mahi dusted in chili and spices, and crunchy coconut banana fritters. Whether you want your sambal fiery or dialed down to a mild simmer, owner Ibu Wayan happily adjusts the heat to order. Between the chilled towels on arrival and a complimentary shuttle run to local hotels, it takes the friction right out of dinner.
