About Fuego

Pererenan’s wood-fired Argentine outpost delivers smoky cuts and garden breezes tucked down a quiet alley. Meat leads the way here. The kitchen sears cuts like wagyu picanha over open wood smoke, paired with house-made chimichurri and blistered provoleta. Regulars split their time between the breezy backyard lawn and the cool, air-conditioned dining room, often greeted by Jackie, the resident dog. Beyond steaks, the grill turns out pork belly, charred cauliflower, and burgers stacked with chimichurri sauce. Dinner eases forward over cocktails like the corn star martini, finished with banana split or matcha ice cream and caramelized popcorn.

  • Wood-Fired Argentine Grill: Argentine cuts like picanha and wagyu seared over open wood fire, served with house chimichurri.
  • Garden Lawn & AC Seating: Choose between a spacious, breezy lawn garden and an enclosed, air-conditioned dining room.
  • Thoughtful Care & Resident Pup: Attentive hosts and staff guide pairings, with a calm resident dog greeting guests outdoors.

Why Dine at Fuego

Discover what makes Fuego Pererenan a standout dining destination in Bali.

  • Authentic Argentine Wood-Fired Grilling

Cuts such as wagyu picanha and house specialties are cooked over open wood flame, pairing smoky char with signature chimichurri and grilled sides.

Perfectly medium rare, beautifully seasoned, smoky and the chimichurri was exactly my kind of chimichurri.
