A tiny roadside refuge along Sanur's main drag, Warung Stall Rainbow dishes out deeply spiced Balinese cooking made completely from scratch. With just four or five tables crammed inside, the pace is patient and purposeful—every order hits the fire only when you ask for it. Diners make repeat runs for skewers of charcoal-grilled sate, rich ayam betutu, and fragrant bumbu bali ayam, often sipping ice-cold Bintang or a pour of house arak while the family cooks.
