Travelers heading between Candidasa and Lovina pull off the road for bowls of red snapper head soup, wok-tossed kwetiau, and crisp spring rolls served in the shaded garden. We took cooking classes and learned a lot. The food here is outstanding, traditional Balinese food but also great pizzas with homemade tomato sauce.
