Escape Canggu’s scooter hum into a covered garden courtyard lit by candlelight and an open kitchen. Diners tuck in for date nights and celebrations that never feel stiff. Slow-cooked ribs melt alongside rich potato purée, wood-fired lamb shoulder, and crisp parmesan asparagus. Tableside theatrics cap off the meal as staff torch the rum sauce over warm bread pudding. In the back room, classic cocktails flow beside a pool table for an unhurried nightcap.
