Escape Canggu’s scooter hum into a covered garden courtyard lit by candlelight and an open kitchen. Diners tuck in for date nights and celebrations that never feel stiff. Slow-cooked ribs melt alongside rich potato purée, wood-fired lamb shoulder, and crisp parmesan asparagus. Tableside theatrics cap off the meal as staff torch the rum sauce over warm bread pudding.
