About Mana Kitchen Ubud

Mana Kitchen pairs nourishing Indonesian-Japanese fusion with a quiet eco-retreat feel along the Sayan rice fields. Dishes rely on coconut oil, unrefined sea salt, and probiotic rice instead of standard commercial shortcuts. Visitors swear by the fragrant octopus curry and lamb gulai, followed by a cup of hot jamu or a custom tea blend pulled straight from the botanical garden. Low floor cushions and garden lounges make it easy to linger with a baby, finish a book, or knock out work under steady Wi-Fi. On the way out, an on-site dispensary refills package-free shampoo and natural rose water by weight.

  • Probiotic clean cooking: Dishes feature probiotic rice, unrefined sea salt, and coconut oil rather than conventional seed oils.
  • Bulk eco-dispensary: An on-site zero-waste market sells package-free soap, shampoo, and natural rose water by weight.
  • Versatile garden lounging: Open garden lounges, floor cushions, Wi-Fi, and power outlets welcome both remote work and infants.
