Lia Cafe keeps things simple—lowered umbrellas right as the sky turns orange, icy Bintangs, and platters of fresh snapper, sweet clams, and batter-crisped prawns coated in rich bumbu. Tables sit directly by the surf, where wandering acoustic players take requests while platters arrive flanked by fish soup, water spinach, and sambal.
