the piste de la resistance (sorry if the spelling is wrong) is the Tomahawk steak. Really fed 4 people, but it's a start because of the way it is served. They bring it to your table pre cooking with everyone cheering and brand it at the table. Then off it goes to be cooked by the resident Australian chef. It's then carved by the chef at the table.
