Is there a minimum spend or reservation requirement for seating?
Yes, a minimum spend applies if you reserve or occupy poolside daybeds and sofas (around 600k IDR per person for daybeds), but regular restaurant dining tables have no minimum order requirement. Reservations can also be booked ahead.
What are the pool hours and cutoff times?
Children must exit the pool by 6:00 pm, and adults must be out of the pool by 7:00 pm. Direct beach access remains available if you wish to step onto the sand for sunset.
Can you bring outside food, drinks, or birthday cakes?
Outside food and water are not allowed inside; security checks large bags at entry and holds restricted items with a claim tag until you leave. Outside birthday cakes are also not permitted.
