Guests inspect and pick fresh catch by weight from the open display counter—from red snapper to king prawns—sent straight to the fire for charcoal grilling. Evenings carry an unhurried, festive tempo as roving acoustic musicians drift between beach tables, paired with warm bowls of complimentary corn soup, plates of stir-fried kangkung, and cold drinks.

  • Weigh-and-grill catch: Diners select raw fish, prawns, and crab by weight from the counter to be cooked over open coals.
  • Tables on the sand: Dining tables are placed directly onto the sand right at the edge of the rolling surf.
