Tucked away in the jungle outside Ubud, Casa Curandera marries Colombian heritage with Italian comfort food, completely free of seed oils. The rustic, open-air pavilion looks onto greenery and a rushing river—a serene break from town. Regulars head here for the ancient grain sourdough pizzas blistered in the wood oven, alongside crispy patacones and avocado arepas. The kitchen builds everything around organic sourcing and gut health, pouring slow-simmered bone broths, hot chocolate with bone broth, and chilled avena fría.
