Bambu Babi Guling
For my meal, I ordered the Bambu Babi Guling, and it was absolutely delicious and very filling. The dish comes with a few extra items, including two great skewers of sate, and I ordered a side of rice to accompany it perfectly.
Tiratat Patana-anake Mie Hokkien Medan
For my main, I chose the Mie Hokkien Medan (North Sumatra) — house-made noodles wok-tossed with Angus beef, Asian mushrooms, bok choy, red cabbage, aromatic ginger, shallot, and chilli sauce. The beef was perfectly cooked — rich, tender, and full of flavour — and clearly high quality.
Adriano Di Prato Tumis Cumi Cabe Ijo
To start, I ordered the Tumis Cumi Cabe Ijo (West Sumatra) — sautéed squid with green chilli and coconut sambal, green tomato, kaffir lime, and edamame. This was a standout starter: the squid was tender and well cooked, the flavours bright and aromatic, with a gentle heat from the green chilli balanced by the richness of coconut and the lift of kaffir lime.
Adriano Di Prato Steamed Prawns with Glass Noodles in Coconut Milk
One dish deserves a special mention: the steamed prawns with glass noodles in coconut milk. My oh my—what an outstanding, delicious, heavenly dish. It’s rich, fragrant, perfectly balanced, and unlike anything we’ve had elsewhere.

I began the evening with a frozen lime margarita, which was excellent — crisp, refreshing, and perfectly judged for a warm Seminyak night.
Adriano Di Prato Pandan Rice
One of the biggest surprises was the pandan rice. It was incredibly fragrant and flavourful—unlike any rice we have ever tasted before.
Maxine Ang Warm Coconut Rice Pudding
For dessert, we devoured the street style pancake and warm coconut rice pudding.
J-B-Lo Vanilla Pudding with Mango
The vanilla pudding with mango was amazing.
