Tables quickly fill with steamer baskets of plump prawn dumplings, delicate siu mai, and molten egg custard buns made fresh to order. Come dinnertime, the kitchen pivots to aromatic clay pots, peking duck, and stewed beef brisket with turnip simmered in rich herbs.
