Pour-over devotees head straight for the Indonesian single-origin beans brewed over ice with a V60, while late mornings call for vibrant matcha, fresh mango bowls, and overnight oats. Guests also take their time over the Coco Noir—a chilled coconut paired with an espresso shot and syrup for hands-on table mixology.

    Everything is served on its own and you do mixology yourself. I was craving for some coconut water so it was great to have it with some caffeine as well
