Diners head here for a satisfying start—loading plates with classic mie goreng, fresh Japanese bites, and hot barista-pulled espresso before the resort stirs. Terrace seating wraps right along the water, where servers hand over complimentary fish food to toss straight into the pond. When the main hall fills, in-the-know guests escape upstairs to the fourth-floor Kayu Manis rooftop space for ocean views and an unhurried, attentive pace.
