Had the Beef Birria Toastie, Filter V60 , carrot cake and cap, as per pics. The manager Kasdi was happy to explain the coffee (beans, roasting, their coffee process) which was kind of him to take the time such as Filter V60 with its Ethiopian unique flavour vs the stronger columbian/brazilian house blend.
