Seafood platters featuring fresh snapper, prawns, and squid are grilled freshly to order over open charcoal with flavorful Balinese marinades and sambal.
The food took around 30 minutes, but you can tell everything is cooked fresh. I could see them grilling the fish, adding the spices, and really taking their time to make sure it was done properly.
