About Naughty Goat Coffee Artisans

Naughty Goat treats coffee as high-wire gastronomy, running guided multi-course omakase flights behind a discreet entrance in Legian. Leave the laptop behind and skip the perfume—scents are strictly barred to keep the room dialed in for pure aromatics. Founders Winston and Jen guide guests across small-batch Indonesian micro-lots, stepping through pour-overs, chilled brews over hand-cut ice, and velvety Magic pours frothed at precise, lower temperatures.

  • Multi-Course Coffee Omakase: Multi-course tasting flights span up to eight preparations, guiding guests through distinct Indonesian bean profiles and extractions.
  • Fragrance-Free Policy: Guests are asked to arrive unscented so colognes and perfumes never interfere with the delicate aromatics of the pours.
  • Curated Micro-Lots: The founders serve an uncompromising, coffee-only lineup focused on small-batch regional harvests, pour-overs, and aged cold brews.

The Naughty Goat Advantage

Why coffee enthusiasts choose Naughty Goat for an uncompromising artisan tasting experience in Bali.

  • Multi-Course Coffee Omakase Flights

Guests embark on an immersive multi-course tasting flight guided table-side, discovering the complexity of rare single-origin extractions and preparations.

The Signature Omakase is a truly unique experience. Hosted by Winston and his knowledgeable and friendly team. This is not coffee tasting, it is essentially a journey of palate on 2-3 hour slow bar ride.

  • Ritualistic Brewing and Sensory Flights

Pour-overs, slow extractions, and signature barrel-aged cold brews are prepared as deliberate ritualistic showcases highlighting the nuance of each bean.

Their aged cold brew is something you don’t just drink — you experience. Smooth, layered, and incredibly unique. And the pour-over? A beautifully crafted ritual that feels like a mini performance.

  • Curated Indonesian Micro-Lot Harvests

The owners source small-batch, seasonal harvest beans directly from Indonesian growers, guiding guests through each harvest profile and brew method.

They source and harvest their coffee locally, working in small and limited batches. They mentioned that each season brings different flavors depending on the harvest, which makes every visit a unique experience.

  • Masterclasses in Processing and Extraction

Guests receive in-depth technical breakdowns of harvest origins, varietals, and extraction methods from the founding artisan roasters.

Learnt so much about Indonesian coffee and how amazing it can taste when crafted by skilled hands. We tried the Japanese pour-over, as well as their hot and iced Magic — both were excellent.

  • Avoid wearing personal fragrances

Do not apply perfume, cologne, or scented products before arriving, as the venue strictly prohibits fragrances to keep delicate coffee aromas and flavors uncompromised.

Reserve your table in advance; seating is very limited and walk-ins are seated only if a spot happens to be open right at opening.
