Thirty years on, this open-air timber pavilion remains Seminyak’s benchmark for breezy beachfront Italian dining. Manicured lawns roll toward the sand, catching the Indian Ocean surf while long lunches slip effortlessly into golden hour. Island regulars gravitate to the dedicated outdoor bar for a Caffè Latte Granita or an espresso martini while waiting out the sunset rush. In the open-sided dining room, plates focus on coastal classics—crisp zucchini flowers, hand-rolled potato gnocchi, and fresh vongole that carries the sea and white wine. Finish with the off-menu affogato splashed with Amaretto.
