Beat the Canggu heat with mountainous bowls of finely shaved Korean bingsu made for sharing. Run by a welcoming Korean couple, this bi-level retreat pairs traditional patbingsu—crowned with sweet red bean and chewy mochi—with chilled fruit ades and coffee. Portions run notably massive, where even a small bowl easily satisfies two. Head up to the second floor to claim a table overlooking green rice paddies, or pick up a jar of house-flavored honey on your way out.
