Afternoons revolve around high tea—tiered china stacked with warm scones, savory bites, and house-blended tea. Regulars make a beeline for the bakery counter, where slices of spiced carrot cake remain non-negotiable. Come Sunday evening, an unamplified string band plays acoustic sets at easy conversational volume while the kitchen turns out plates of spicy dendeng balado.
