Perched on the Silayukti hillside above Padangbai harbor, this open-air family warung delivers fresh-caught reef fish grilled directly over charcoal. Pick your red snapper, barracuda, or mahi-mahi straight from the icebox—priced simply by weight—or haul in your own sea catch straight off the boat for the kitchen to clean and fire. Everything hits the outdoor grate until the skin chars and caramelizes, served alongside rice, greens, and a garlicky sambal with just the right amount of kick.
