Via Emilia operates as part trattoria, part Italian alimentari along Canggu’s main strip. Hand-rolled pasta, rich ragù, and thin-crust pizza lead the kitchen, alongside house-cured salumi and regional Emilian plates like savory erbazzone. Italian expats drop in as much for a plate of handmade tortellini as they do to raid the deli counter for wheels of imported Parmigiano-Reggiano, house-made sausages, and frozen ravioli to cook back at home.
