Regulars head up early to grab a terrace perch with fresh Lombok oysters, followed by Balinese crispy duck or spicy Singapore chili prawns. Tableside violinists and close-up magicians weave through anniversary dinners and birthday toasts, while the bar delivers theatrical pours like a smoky clove-infused Negroni punch. Finish with coconut panna cotta as the twilight fades into evening.
