de Black Puding (ketan = kleefrijst met bruine suiker in Kokosmelk). Dit heb heel lang niet meer gegeten maar deze Black Puding bracht goede herinneringen aan mijn ouderlijk huis terug. Echt genoten.

De tempé goreng (apetizer) was de beste die wij tot nu toe in Sanur hebben gegeten. Krokant gebakken en vooraf geweekt in Knoflook in zout water. Top!
