About Gypsea Bali Hotel & Restaurant

Tucked onto a quiet lane in Bingin, this boutique retreat pairs private plunge-pool bungalows with an easy escape from Uluwatu's busier strips. Individual villas hide enclosed open-air garden bathrooms behind lush green walls, offering quiet seclusion minutes from local surf breaks. Days revolve around the central pool, where daytime drop-ins drift on floating beanbags with plates of fresh tuna ceviche and mie goreng. Come late afternoon, the pace shifts toward two-for-one happy hour cocktails, blending fresh mango daiquiris under the Pecatu sky.

  • Secluded Plunge-Pool Villas: Private standalone bungalows feature personal plunge pools, semi-outdoor garden bathrooms, and discreet garden screening.
  • Pool Day-Pass Lounging: Non-guests can drop in with a minimum spend to relax by the main garden pool on floating beanbags.
  • Daily Happy Hour & Cafe Dining: An open-air bar serves two-for-one evening cocktails alongside plates of mie goreng, ceviche, and açaí bowls.
