Seminyak’s 1920s steakhouse brings Gatsby-era glamour, dry-aged cuts, and live operatic vocals straight to your leather booth. Sunset bookings fill up fast as patrons descend from the rooftop bar into the soaring Art Deco dining room. Tables start on warm pretzel bread with churned butter before moving to duck croquettes and delicate Hokkaido scallops resting in broth. Carnivores lean toward bone-in New York striploins, thick ribeyes, or the dry-aged duck—ordered ahead before portions run out.
