Morning patrons drop in for iced lattes beside flaky croissants and cinnamon rolls fresh from the oven. Later on, tables fill with charcoal chicken, poke bowls, and tiger prawn fettuccine, rounded out by balanced mocktails and slices of Basque cheesecake.
