Mushroom Bay mornings run on scratch-baked donuts and proper espresso in an open garden. The in-house bakery display fills early with fluffy donuts priced at just a few thousand rupiah, alongside brownies and fresh sourdough. Coffee comes pulled with dairy or oat milk—easy fuel before a seven in the morning boat departure or an unhurried sit-down among the trees. When hunger calls for something heartier, the kitchen dishes out wok-fried mie goreng, generous pasta plates, and skewered chicken satay.
